Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB5CP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB5CP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RAB5CP2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB5CP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRP, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where RAB5CP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
