Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALCOCO1, ASB8, and RNF41. Each is linked with RAB5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5B versus CALCOCO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
