Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, HMGN2P34, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with RAB5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by RAB5B-low versus RAB5B-high in UCEC.
