Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with RAB5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by RAB5B-low versus RAB5B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
