Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB43P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,157 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB43P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Protein K29-linked deubiquitination, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with RAB43P1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macroautophagy grouped by RAB43P1-low versus RAB43P1-high in THYM.
