The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RAB43 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and STAD are the cancer types where RAB43 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
