RAB43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NTHL1, PUS10, and PYCARD. Each is linked with RAB43 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB43 versus NTHL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
