Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,622 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB43-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP83, ALKBH2, and EPB41L4A-AS1. Each is linked with RAB43 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB43 versus CEP83 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
