Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB43-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, RBMY1F, and RNA5SP173. Each is linked with RAB43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43 results are reported.
