Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB43 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB43-associated genes across cancer lineages are aDC and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with RAB43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43 results are reported.
