RAB43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB43-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54 and OR13C7. Each is linked with RAB43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-RAB43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by RAB43-low versus RAB43-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
