Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB42-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP1, RPA2P3, and OR5D3P. Each is linked with RAB42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB42-to-partner and partner-to-RAB42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
