Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB40B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB40B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RAB40B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB40B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, COAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where RAB40B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
