Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB40AL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB40AL data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAB40AL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB40AL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where RAB40AL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
