Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40AL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,584 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB40AL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRAP53, TCEAL4, and TXNDC5. Each is linked with RAB40AL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40AL-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB40AL versus WRAP53 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
