Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40AL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB40AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1P2, NDUFAF2P1, and MIR4422HG. Each is linked with RAB40AL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40AL-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN1P2 grouped by RAB40AL-low versus RAB40AL-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
