Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40AL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB40AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RAB40AL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40AL-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40AL results are reported.
