Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3IL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3IL1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RAB3IL1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3IL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAB3IL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
