RAB3IL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3IL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,160 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3IL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, DAB2, and LGALS1_S30. Each is linked with RAB3IL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3IL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3IL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3IL1 versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3IL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3IL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
