RAB3IL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3IL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,334 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3IL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTX, SFRP4, and AEBP1. Each is linked with RAB3IL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3IL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3IL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3IL1 versus VENTX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3IL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3IL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
