RAB3IL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3IL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3IL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Stathmin, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RAB3IL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3IL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3IL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RAB3IL1-low versus RAB3IL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3IL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3IL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
