RAB3IL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3IL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3IL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, RXFP3, and PABPC1L2B. Each is linked with RAB3IL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3IL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3IL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by RAB3IL1-low versus RAB3IL1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3IL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3IL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
