Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3GAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3GAP2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAB3GAP2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3GAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, DLBC, and SARC are the cancer types where RAB3GAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
