RAB3GAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3GAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3GAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p62 Lck ligand, and Rab25. Each is linked with RAB3GAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by RAB3GAP2-low versus RAB3GAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3GAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3GAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
