Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3GAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3GAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex, and Negative regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex. Each is linked with RAB3GAP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP2 results are reported.
