Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3D data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RAB3D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where RAB3D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
