Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3D mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3D data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RAB3D mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAB3D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
