RAB3D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,076 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT3, ASPN, and PLCL1. Each is linked with RAB3D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3D-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3D versus AKT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
