RAB3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, p62 Lck ligand, and PRDX1. Each is linked with RAB3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3D-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by RAB3D-low versus RAB3D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
