Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,875 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Fatty acid oxidation, and Golgi vesicle budding. Each is linked with RAB3D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3D-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3D results are reported.
