Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAB3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where RAB3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
