Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RAB3B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where RAB3B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
