RAB35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP1, TDRD7, and OAS3. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB35 versus CLIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
