Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB35-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIF, SRSF9, and SUDS3. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB35 versus PPIF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
