Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, LINC01040, and RPL31P47. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.
