RAB35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB35-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eIF4E, and ACC1. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by RAB35-low versus RAB35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
