RAB35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,787 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB35-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF9, ARF3, and SETD1B. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB35 versus SRSF9 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
