Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,721 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, CAMP/PKA signal transduction, and Endosomal vesicle fusion. Each is linked with RAB35 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB35-to-partner and partner-to-RAB35 results are reported.
