Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB34 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RAB34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and ACC are the cancer types where RAB34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
