RAB34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,798 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB34_S244, FKBP10, and FKBP9. Each is linked with RAB34 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB34-to-partner and partner-to-RAB34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB34 versus RAB34_S244 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
