Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,978 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB34-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP10, GPX8, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with RAB34 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB34-to-partner and partner-to-RAB34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB34 versus FKBP10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
