Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB34-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, MIG-6, and CDK1. Each is linked with RAB34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB34-to-partner and partner-to-RAB34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by RAB34-low versus RAB34-high in COAD.
