Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,970 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic ciliogenesis, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with RAB34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB34-to-partner and partner-to-RAB34 results are reported.
