RAB33A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB33A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,935 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB33A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP45, and PIP4K2A. Each is linked with RAB33A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB33A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB33A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB33A versus ARHGAP15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
