Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB33A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB33A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD11, ATP1B1, and METTL27. Each is linked with RAB33A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB33A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB33A versus ABHD11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
