Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB33A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB33A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P3, LINC01997, and RN7SL824P. Each is linked with RAB33A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB33A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P3 grouped by RAB33A-low versus RAB33A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
