Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB33A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,500 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB33A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Neuronal action potential, and Positive regulation of response to oxidative stress. Each is linked with RAB33A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB33A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by RAB33A-low versus RAB33A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
