Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB30 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAB30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
