RAB30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,517 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, DPYSL3, and MYLK. Each is linked with RAB30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB30-to-partner and partner-to-RAB30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB30 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
