Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,489 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL13P, CCT8, and COX18. Each is linked with RAB30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB30-to-partner and partner-to-RAB30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL13P grouped by RAB30-low versus RAB30-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
